Narita Express Yokohama | Boarding Platform
At Yokohama Station, the Narita Express trains bound for Narita Airport board at Sobu Underground Platform No. 4.
The Sobu Underground Platform is located on the fifth basement floor of the station, and to go up to the upper floors, passengers must either take the escalator via the fourth basement floor or use the elevator.
To move to the Yokosuka Line Sobu Line. Use the “Central Passage” and head toward the “Marunouchi Central Exit,” traveling via the “Marunouchi Underground Central Exit” on the way.
The Narita Express (N’EX) is a direct express train from Yokohama Station to Narita Airport. The Narita Express boarding gates at Yokohama Station are as follows.
Where to board
The Narita Express is located on platforms 9 and 10 of the JR East line at Yokohama Station.
This platform is located underground, in the same area as other JR lines such as Keihin Tohoku Line and Negishi Line.
How to access
- Enter through the Central or South ticket gate.
- After passing through the ticket gates, follow the signs to platforms 9 and 10. You can use the escalator or elevator to go down to the underground platform.
- The platform will indicate where to board the Narita Express train, so please wait at the designated car position.
Display on the platform
The Narita Express timetable and boarding position information is displayed on the platform. Announcements are also made shortly before the departure time, making it easier for passengers to prepare for boarding.
